Lesson Plan Review
A new way for Principals and Curriculum Coaches to review a teachers lesson plan has been added. If you have sufficient security, visit the Reports tab and you will see a “Lesson Plan Review” link. From here, you can run a report to search the list of lesson plans you want to do. Typically, you

Progress Monitoring / RTI Updates
Various enhancements and usability features have been added to the Progress Monitoring / RTI application. Feel free to test them out and send us your feedback. A trash can icon has been added to the Calendar Workspace. Simply drag+drop a lesson plan onto the calendar and you will be prompted to permanently delete the plan. Guided Tours
We have added a new feature to the website called Guided Tours. These live tutorials will now be available on select pages as an enhancement to your self-training options. Website Update
The Workspace Calendar has been enhanced to show the Name and Picture of the teacher you are viewing when you have selected a teacher from your View Group or a Principal’s Teacher Listing. Also, when you view a lesson plan directly from clicking a link from the Workspace Calendar – and then delete that lesson

CCSS Updates
The CCSS standards have been updated to show the format most commonly seen when referencing the Common Core Standards. Teacher View Groups
We have opened up the new Teacher View Group functionality to all teachers. This is a new and easy way to allow groups of teachers to collaborate when lesson planning. Lunch Counts
Preliminary support for collecting lunch counts has been added to the Attendance Feature. Attendance requires you to setup the “Classrooms” feature and then add students to assign to your classrooms. Same Week Subject + Daily Plans
A fix has been implemented to allow Daily and Subject lesson plans to better co-exist within the same week. Previously, in some instances, creating both in the same week could cause a mis-match between the two types of lesson plans. This shouldn’t happen now. Abbreviated Standards
Arkansas K-8 teachers now have an additional way to search their standards. You can now use an abbreviated search to find the SLE you want to attach to your lesson plan.
