The My Lesson Planner Calendar Workspace allows you to view all aspects of our software in one place in a format you are familiar with - a calendar!

Lesson Plans

Your lesson plans link directly from your calendar, whether you plan with the Daily Lesson Planner or the Subject Lesson Planner. You can also copy or move them to other days right from your calendar.

To move a lesson plan, just drag+drop the lesson plan using your mouse. To copy a lesson plan, toggle the switch at the top to copy and then drag+drop.

Personal Events

The My Lesson Planner Calendar Workspace can be used to note school events, conferences, and appointments, as well as your own personal events and appointments. My Lesson Planner is web-based, so it is accessible anytime, anywhere you have Internet access.

School Events and Milestones

School and District accounts can create a community calendar notifying teachers of school events and deadlines. Milestones can be created that count down each day on the teachers' calendars (ex. "8 more days until grades are due.")

Student Birthdays

If you set up your students on My Lesson Planner, you have the option to add a picture of each student. The calendar will show a picture of each of your students on his or her birthday.

Progress Monitoring

If you are using the Progress Monitoring feature on My Lesson Planner, you will see the name of the students on the date where progress monitoring assessments were recorded.

Attendance Tracking

Our Attendance Tracking feature shows you the students who were absent on any given day and links directly to the lesson plan the students missed.
