Same Week Subject + Daily Plans

A fix has been implemented to allow Daily and Subject lesson plans to better co-exist within the same week. Previously, in some instances, creating both in the same week could cause a mis-match between the two types of lesson plans. This shouldn't happen now.
Also, some minor formatting enhancement have been made to the Lesson Plan.
