How do I retrieve a folder attached to a plan that is locked from last year?

You should be able to simply click on the attached file at the bottom of the past lesson plan and open the file.  If you are having trouble accessing a file you have saved to a lesson plan, let us know so we can assist you in retrieving it.  Thanks for your question!
