How do I have a daily schedule that repeats each day with specific templates in the subjects I teach.

I am trying to make a typical elementary schedule for the day.  I made a day template. I have made lesson templates too.  I teach multiple subjects and need to have daily lesson plans, but many things stay the same.  I must be missing something because this is very confusing and I have all sorts of templates and various things on my calendar but nothing I can use or remember how to get there.  Please advise before I cancel.

If you need to have Daily Lesson Plans, most teachers start by creating a generic Lesson Plan with their Bell Schedule that even includes the hours of the day.

There should be a Lesson Block for each subject you want to teach, so if you teach 5 subjects, there will be 5 Lesson Blocks on your Lesson Plan.

Inside each Lesson Block, you can customize the Objective, Notes, and Components that will be specific to that Subject.

Once you have the general layout complete, make that Lesson Plan a Template.

Then, when you plan your next Daily Lesson Plan, you can start with your template that will already have your Bell Schedule lined out for you, as well as the subject-specific customizations you need.

If you need us to create a template for you based on an existing lesson plan, simply send it to help@mylessonplanner.com and we'll work with you to get a template setup on your account that meets your needs.
